Custom Order Inquiries​

 

Custom orders generally take 1–3 weeks to complete.

Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to get started and must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due within 3 days — if full payment isn’t received, the order will be cancelled. Work doesn’t begin until the order is paid in full.

Pricing

Custom order costs vary based on the design, materials, and time involved. Because each piece is handmade with love, a small custom order service fee is included.

Review & Changes

Before your order is finalized, I’ll show it to you for review. At that point, one minor change per item is allowed — things like bead placement or swapping for a comparable in-stock bead. Any additional or significant changes beyond that will incur a change fee, which depends on the alteration, materials needed, and extra work time.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it ships via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Shipping costs are based on package weight and your address. Heavier packages are automatically upgraded to Priority Mail.
