Custom Order Inquiries

FreeBird1985 is not accepting custom orders at this time.

Standard custom orders generally take 1-3 weeks for completion.

 

A 50% deposit is required to start custom orders. The deposit is due within 48 hours of invoice issuance. Deposit is non-refundable. Full payment must be made within 3 days, or the custom order will be cancelled. Custom orders will not be started until full payment has been made.

Custom order costs vary, depending on the design, materials and time used to make the product. Each custom order is handmade with love and thus will include a small custom order service fee.

 

Each custom order is shown to the customer for review before completion. After review, one minor change is allowed per custom item. Examples of minor changes - bead placement, swap for a comparable (in-stock) bead option, etc. Any additional or significant changes to the original design will incur a custom order change fee.

​Once your custom order is completed, it will be shipped (via USPS First Class or Priority Mail). Shipping costs are based on package weight and shipping address. Packages over a certain weight are automatically shipped via Priority Mail.
