Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
Because items are often handmade and based on current inventory, some products may sell out or become unavailable at any time.
FreeBird1985 is a one-person business, and every effort is made to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your patience and support are truly appreciated.
Once your order is placed, you will receive automated email updates. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as these emails may occasionally be filtered there.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail:

Ground Advantage Mail: Available for packages under 13 oz (not insured)

Priority Mail: Required for packages over 13 oz (includes USPS insurance)
⚠️ If you see a $500 First Class Shipping option at checkout, this is a system workaround indicating your order exceeds 13 oz. Please select Priority Mail instead. This issue is being worked on and will be resolved soon.
Important Shipping Notes

Priority Mail shipments include insurance for lost, damaged, or missing items.

Ground Advantage shipments are not insured.

Stolen packages are not covered by USPS or FreeBird1985.
Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to USPS. If any issues arise during transit, please contact USPS or your local post office directly for assistance.
If a package is returned due to an error on the buyer’s part (such as an incorrect address), the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
FreeBird1985 will only cover shipping costs if the error was on our end.

This will help expedite the replacement process and allow us to file a claim with USPS if applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an error was made by FreeBird1985.
Additionally, discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or missed sales.
