All orders typically ship within 3-4 business days and can take longer during holiday and sale times. With this in mind, products may be out of stock at any given time or simply unavailable based on what is premade and ready to ship. I want you to get your jewelry as soon as possible and am working hard to ensure this. Emails are sent automatically and can end up in your spam folder, so please check spam and junk folders in the email used at time of purchase.
FreeBird1985 is run by ONE person. Please keep this in mind, especially during high volume times, which may take a little longer to ship out items.
FreeBird1985 is on vacation from April 7th-12th. Although I’ll be checking in periodically, FreeBird1985 is a one woman show. This means orders will NOT be shipped or available for pick-up. (sorry FreeBirds!)
All shipping/pick-up operations will resume the week of April 12th. I appreciate your love and understanding during this break.
Purchases are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Only orders weighing under 13oz are eligible for First Class Mail. Packages over 13oz are shipped via Priority Mail.
(If you see an option for $500 First Class Shipping at checkout, it means your order is over 13oz and you should choose the Priority Shipping option. This erroneous fee is a shipping work around, which I hope to have resolved in the near future.)
USPS Priority Mail packages are insured through USPS. This includes broken, damaged, or missing items. USPS First Class Mail packages are not insured. Stolen items are not insured through USPS or FreeBird1985.
If a package is returned at fault of the buyer, the buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. FreeBird1985 will only cover shipping costs that have occurred due to our own error. After the order has shipped, FreeBird1985 is no longer responsible for packages. Should an error occur, please contact USPS or your local post office to resolve.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at and include "DAMAGED" in the subject line along with pictures of damaged items and a screenshot of your receipt. This will help speed up the process of a replacement package and to file a claim with USPS.
All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of FreeBird1985.
